I recently purchased a modular home from Pro’s Edge Quality Homes. I looked at two other companies before Pro’s Edge and the second that I met with Ed Cavatorta, I knew that Pro’s Edge was the right company to go with. From the very beginning, I was totally amazed at how responsive Ed was. He always responded to calls and emails within 24 hours and most times sooner. When working through the design of the house, Ed had great recommendations. You can tell right away that his recommendations were for the benefit of the homeowner and not for the profitability of Pro’s Edge. He sat down with me to go over all of my initial finish selections with samples. This was not something he had to do since I had already made my selection but I am so grateful that he did. I made several changes to my initial selection from that meeting based on Ed’s recommendation and I couldn’t be happier with those changes. I only used Ed for the drop-set and not for the full work because I had already worked with a previous general contractor but I wish I had used Ed instead. Even though Ed was not my general contractor, he helped enormously on any and all questions that we had even when it was not his job to do that. In a pinch, he was able to help me get subcontractors for plumbing and garage door. He even told the garage door vendor to give me better contractor pricing. That’s the kind of guy Ed is. He truly cares about the homeowner and not about profits! I would call Ed again in a heartbeat for any future work. He is just wonderful!
